Notice of Call for 11th CSNC 2020 Papers

Introduction about CSNC
China Satellite Navigation Conference (CSNC) is an open platform for academic exchange to promote academic innovation, cooperation and exchanges on satellite navigation systems. CSNC also aims to promote technical innovation and engineering development for satellite navigation systems，to promote theoretical innovation and progress on satellite navigation, and to contribute to application innovation and scientific development of the satellite navigation industry, moreover, are also the stated missions of CSNC. The Conference has been successfully held for 10 times and has produced large amounts of excellent results in academic research, technology and theory development, applications and talent development.
The 11th CSNC is to be held in May 2020 in Chengdu and covers academic exchanges, high-level forums, exhibitions and science popularization activities. Workers in science and technology and professionals from all walks of life are more than welcome to attend the Conference and submit papers.

2. Paper submissionrequirements
All papers shall have not been formally published, contain original content and shall discuss within the 13 topics mentioned above. Both abstract and paper submitted by the author shall not touch upon any classified information. All authors shall submit proof issued by their organizations to confirm that the papers are non-confidential in nature. The author shall be responsible for the content of the paper.
All accepted papers, if not otherwise stated, shall be subjected to publication.
Authors shall submit both abstract and paper by logging into the “paper contribution system” on CSNC website. All articles submitted via email are not accepted. All abstracts shall be submitted prior to papers and shall be bilingual (English and Chinese). All abstracts shall be between 400-600 words, and cover background, research methodologies, objectives and results. The paper shall also be bilingual and both versions shall be submitted at the same time. For paper template (English and Chinese) and proof template, please go to the download area on http://www.mjvkww.cn. Chinese version of the paper shall not exceed 5 pages and English version shall not exceed 10 pages.

Paper publication
The collection of excellent conference academic papers (English version) will be published in Lecture Notes in Electronic Engineering, a famous book series published by Springer and can be accessed via Engineering Index.
Proceedings of this Conference will be stored on CD and will be included in the CNKI Chinese Proceedings of Conference Full-text Database and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform.
Some excellent papers will be recommended for publication in the International Journal "Satellite Navigation".
