I. Introduction
The China Satellite Navigation Conference (CSNC) is a unique platform of academic exchanges organized by Academic Exchange Center of China Satellite Navigation Office to encourage theoretical and technological innovation, as well as system building and development of the satellite navigation industry.
By gathering global wisdom and resources on satellite navigation through years, CSNC has played an important role in facilitating technological progress, system building, application adoption, talent cultivation, and science popularization in the field.
The 14th China Satellite Navigation Conference to be held in Jinan, Shandong Province in May 2023 will feature a summit forum, high-end forums, academic exchanges, China Satellite Navigation Expo (CSNE 2023), and popular science activities, etc. Domestic and foreign scientists and technicians as well as visitors from all walks of life are welcome to attend the conference and contribute articles to us.

III. Requirements for articles
1 The contribution must have never been published and its content should not go beyond 9 topics provided by the conference mentioned above. The contribution must be authentic and original. The abstract and full text of the contribution should not involve state confidentiality, and the certificate of not involving confidentiality should be presented along with the submission of the article. The contributor takes sole responsibility for his/her article.
2 If the submitted contributions are accepted without special declaration, it is deemed that they are authorized to be published.
3 The abstract and the full text of paper shall be submitted in the “Paper Submission” system on the conference website. Submission by e-mail is not accepted and the abstract shall be submitted before the full text. The abstract shall be written in both Chinese and English and contain 400-600 characters, covering the background, purpose, methods, and results of the research. The full text in both Chinese and English shall be submitted at the same time. Please download the template of full text and the template of not-involving-confidentiality certificate from the conference website (http://www.mjvkww.cn). The full text of paper shall not exceed 10 pages. For the first upload, please conceal the author’s information.

5 Abstract submission deadline: October 20, 2022
6 Full text submission deadline: November 25, 2022
7 Issuance of acceptance notice: early January, 2023
IV. Publication
1 Best papers (in English) of CSNC 2023 will be published in Lecture Notes in Electronic Engineering, a famous collection of Springer, and indexed by EI.
2 Papers accepted by CSNC 2023 will be recorded into CDs for publication and collected by the full-text database of important conference papers of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform.
3 Some best papers will be recommended to the international journal - Satellite Navigation for publication.
